Kathmandu is a fascinating city where ancient traditions blend with modern life. Colorful temples, bustling markets, incense-filled courtyards, and sacred shrines create a unique atmosphere unlike anywhere else in the world.

After check-in, the rest of the day is free to relax, recover from your journey, or explore nearby streets at your own pace.

DAY 2

Kathmandu Heritage & Spiritual Tour

Today you will explore some of the most important cultural and spiritual sites in the Kathmandu Valley, many of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Kathmandu Old Town (Durbar Square Area)

Wander through the historic heart of the city, once the royal palace complex of the Malla kings. This area is rich in traditional Newari architecture, intricately carved wooden temples, courtyards, and lively street scenes that reflect centuries of history and living culture.

Pashupatinath Temple

One of the most sacred Hindu temples in the world, Pashupatinath sits on the banks of the Bagmati River. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, it is an important pilgrimage site where traditional cremation rituals take place. The atmosphere here is deeply spiritual and provides insight into Hindu beliefs about life, death, and rebirth.

Boudhanath Stupa

One of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, Boudhanath is a center of Tibetan Buddhism. Pilgrims circle the massive dome spinning prayer wheels, chanting mantras, and offering butter lamps. The surrounding monasteries, shops, and rooftop cafés create a peaceful yet vibrant setting.

After a full day of exploration, return to your hotel.

Overnight: Kathmandu

Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara

This morning you will take a scenic domestic flight to Pokhara, Nepal’s most beautiful city.

Weather permitting, the flight offers spectacular views of the Himalayan range, including peaks of the Annapurna massif and Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain)

Pokhara sits beside tranquil Phewa Lake and is surrounded by lush hills and snow-capped mountains. It is known as Nepal’s adventure capital and a gateway to many trekking routes.

After arrival, transfer to your lakeside hotel. The remainder of the day is free to stroll along the waterfront, enjoy cafés, or relax while admiring the mountain scenery.

A powerful waterfall that disappears into an underground tunnel, especially impressive during the monsoon season.

Gupteshwor Cave

Located opposite Davis Falls, this sacred cave houses a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva and offers views of the underground waterfall.

DAY 5

Short Hike to the Peace Stupa

Today features a gentle yet rewarding hike to the World Peace Stupa, perched on a hill overlooking Pokhara Valley.

The trail passes through forests and small villages, offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Upon reaching the stupa, you will be rewarded with one of the finest panoramic vistas in Nepal — Phewa Lake below and the Annapurna range rising dramatically above.
