DAY 1. 6:00-6:30 AM

Transfer to Tribhuvan Int’l Airport, Kathmandu

Your exclusive Himalayan experience begins with a private chauffeur-driven transfer from your hotel to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport. To ensure a smooth and relaxed departure, your vehicle will arrive at 6:00 AM, and we kindly request that you be ready by 5:50 AM. Upon arrival at the airport, our team will assist you with the necessary pre-flight formalities, allowing you to embark on your Everest helicopter journey with ease and comfort.

DAY 1. 6:30–6:45 AM

Check-In & Pre-Flight Assistance

Upon arrival at the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our airport representative, who will assist you with all pre-flight procedures. Following a seamless check-in process, airport authorities will verify your flight details, boarding documents, and permits before granting access to the departure area. Relax and enjoy a hassle-free experience as every detail is carefully managed, ensuring a smooth start to your exclusive Everest helicopter adventure.

DAY 1. 6:45–7:30 AM

Helicopter Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,845m)

After completing the check-in formalities, you will board your helicopter for the flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. As you depart Kathmandu, enjoy aerial views of the valley, traditional settlements, terraced hillsides, and Nepal's diverse landscapes.

During the flight, you will witness panoramic views of the Langtang, Rolwaling, and Everest mountain ranges, along with numerous snow-capped peaks illuminated by the morning light. The route also passes over Jiri, the historic starting point of the classic Everest Base Camp trek.

After approximately 45 minutes, you will arrive in Lukla, where your Himalayan helicopter experience continues.

DAY 1. 7:30–7:45 AM

Brief Stop in Lukla for Refueling

Upon arrival at Tenzing–Hillary Airport in Lukla (2,845m), the helicopter will make a short stop for refueling, which typically takes around 15 minutes. During this time, you can take in views of the surrounding hills and Himalayan peaks while experiencing the unique atmosphere of one of the world's most renowned mountain airports.

Once refueling is complete, the journey continues deeper into the Everest region.

DAY 1. 7:45–8:00 AM

Everest Base Camp & Kala Patthar Scenic Flight (5,545m)

The helicopter continues towards the heart of the Everest region, offering spectacular aerial views of Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar (5,545m), one of the finest viewpoints of Mount Everest.

During this segment of the journey, you will witness some of the world's most iconic Himalayan peaks, including Mount Everest (8,848.86m), Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori, and Ama Dablam. The flight also provides exceptional views of glaciers, rugged mountain terrain, and countless snow-capped peaks that define the Everest region.

Exclusive Landing Option at Kala Patthar

Guests travelling on a private helicopter charter with a maximum of two passengers from Lukla may have the opportunity to land at Kala Patthar, subject to weather conditions and aviation regulations.

Due to altitude-related weight restrictions and landing limitations beyond Lukla, this landing is not available on shared helicopter departures. Guests on shared flights will instead enjoy exceptional aerial views of Kala Patthar, Everest Base Camp, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks from the helicopter.

DAY 1. 8:00–8:15 AM

Flight to Hotel Everest View (3,950m)

After the scenic overflight of Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar, the helicopter will continue to Hotel Everest View, one of the highest-altitude luxury hotels in the world, situated at 3,950 meters.

En route, enjoy panoramic views of the Everest region's most iconic landmarks, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Cho Oyu, Pumori, the Khumbu Glacier, and the Khumbu Icefall. This short flight offers a remarkable perspective of the Himalayas before arriving at your breakfast destination overlooking the world's highest peaks.

DAY 1. 8:15–9:15 AM

Breakfast at Hotel Everest View

Upon arrival at Hotel Everest View, enjoy approximately one hour at one of the Himalayas' most iconic luxury destinations. Perched at 3,950 meters, the hotel offers an exceptional vantage point overlooking Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks.

DAY 9:15–10:15 AM

Return to Lukla & Refueling Stop

After breakfast at Hotel Everest View, you will fly back to Lukla, a journey of approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival, the helicopter will make a brief stop for refueling and final operational checks before the return flight to Kathmandu.

Once preparations are complete, you will reboard the helicopter and continue your journey back to the capital.

DAY 1. 10:15–11:15 AM

Return Flight to Kathmandu

 

Following the refueling stop in Lukla, you will board the helicopter for the return flight to Kathmandu. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes, concluding your exclusive Himalayan experience.

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a private vehicle will be waiting to transfer you comfortably back to your hotel.
